Mozart Cocktail
Ingredients:
- 3 cl of Zentis Marzipan Liqueur
- 3 cl Nordfjord Vodka
- 3 cl strong cold coffee
- 2 cl milk
- 2 cl cream
- 3 coffee beans
- crushed ice
Preparation:
First whip the cream until creamy and stir the milk until frothy. Then put the milk with the coffee, Nordfjord Vodka, Zentis Marzipan Liqueur and 6 tablespoons of crushed ice in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously and pour into a cocktail glass. Then add crushed ice again. Finally, pour cream over a spoon onto the drink and serve with the coffee beans.
